  1. Remember me? I am thrilled to learn that you have become a published author in addition to all of your other duties and responsibilities. I would love to speak with you about the process that led you to such an admirable accomplishment. Congrats 🙂

  2. I absolutely loved James 516 and I just finished the Clint Wolf #1, But Not
    Forgotten.
they are fantastic. I cannot wait for more, more, more.
    thanks…great stuff

  3. Hello, I just finished But Not Forgotten, as soon as I finished I had to leave a Amazon review!!! I read a lot and this story line and the characters kept my interest throughout the whole book. I would set it down and couldn’t wait to start reading it again, can’t wait to read your next one.You really nailed it with this book, Congratulations on a great job of writing. Pam

  4. OK, you need to quit your day job and start writing full time, in the last week I have just discovered your books and devoured every one of them. Unbelievable talent!!

    1. Thank you so much, Sophie! Your comment made my day!

I’ll be eligible for full retirement in 3 1/2 years, so we’ll see what happens in that time. 🙂 In order to get books out faster, I’ve started sticking to a strict nightly writing schedule (I don’t get to go to sleep until I’ve reached my goal for the day). My next release, SILENT TRIGGER, should be available mid-April, and I’m hoping to release the fourth book in that series in June/July.

Thanks again for your nice words, and for reading ALL of my books. You rock!

  5. Just finished book 3 in the Clint Wolf Trilogy. Any more adventures for Clint and Susan on the horizon? The characters and story lines had me hooked from the very beginning. I started Book #1 a couple of nights ago and couldn’t put it down. Moved right into #2 and kept on reading. Finished #3 a few minutes ago and wish there was more! Great job. I look forward to reading your other novels.

    1. Thank you, Paul! I do have more planned for Clint and Susan, and I hope to get back to them next year. I’m really happy you liked them and I appreciate that you took the time to comment here.

      Best to you and yours!

  6. Just started reading James 516, so far I think it’s great! Do you have a suggested reading order for your novels? I looked through your website but could not find one. Thanks

    1. Thanks for reading and commenting, Henry. I like your suggestion and will have to include that info on my website.

Chronologically, the novels that are linked by location and characters are in this order:

      HOLLOW CRIB
      HOLLOW BOND
      HOLLOW BADGE (not yet written)

      JAMES 516
      PROVING GROUNDS
      SILENT TRIGGER
BULLET DROP (Coming in July/August 2017)
      ELEVATION (Coming October/November 2017)
      Book Six – Untitled (Coming January/February 2018)

      THE SEVENTH TAKING

The Clint Wolf Trilogy takes place in a different location within Louisiana and should be read in this order:

      BUT NOT FORGOTTEN
      BUT NOT FORGIVEN
      BUT NOT FORSAKEN

JAMES 516 is a good place to start. Once you’re done with SILENT TRIGGER, you could read the “Hollow” books while waiting for BULLET DROP. In BULLET DROP, I introduce a minor character, Abraham Wilson, who is a high school senior and the main character in THE SEVENTH TAKING. You can read SEVENTH TAKING at any time without it spoiling any of the other stories. Abraham will eventually get his own series, which will be a spin-off of the London Carter series, and I hope to begin working on those next year.

As for HOLLOW BADGE, I’m hoping to write that one in 2019.

The Clint Wolf Trilogy is separate from the books that take place in Magnolia Parish, and they can be read at any point without interfering with the Magnolia books. I’m planning to write more in that series, as well.

Thanks again for reading and commenting. I hope this helps.

  7. Just finished James 516 and thoroughly enjoyed it till the end. Was sad to see yet another liberal setting of a same sex affair that could have been left out with the same desired effect. I like your writing style and character, London Carter but not enough to have to wonder if you will work it into other books.
